I would highly recommend Eva. She is passionate about Yoga, takes great care, is a fantastic teacher and will make you feel completely at ease. As a complete beginner who was always a bit apprehensive to try yoga and didn’t really know what to expect, it really exceeded any expectations that I could have had. One of the purposes of asana practices is to strengthen the muscles responsible for the stability of the spine. These are static long hold asanas and specially designed vinyasas, which assist in strengthening certain segments of the musculoskeletal system in order to optimise the use and potential of the physical body. Yoga is an ancient system of body and mind self-improvement. This is a method of putting everything in order, achieving harmony first in your body and then in your consciousness, then realising integrity and harmony of your individuality and harmony with the Universe. Practicing Hatha Yoga correctly, a human being achieves health of body and mind, tranquillity, balance, and joy. Yoga is a life for me, whatever I do is based on yoga principles.
