Mallika is an excellent teacher. She is a pleasure to work with and constantly adjusts the exercises to suit my ability. I am recovering from a long term back injury and I have no doubt that my back is stronger as a result of her help. Highly recommended!

I initially started attending Maya's group Yoga classes when a friens of mine recommended her classes. I had never done Yoga before and come from a background of intensive sport but after trying Maya's group class i was so impressed as Maya showed great patience and a high level of professionalism in respect of understanding our individule needs. Since my first lesson i have seen and feel the positive impact in my life and i have achieved my initial goals. When i started i had a bad posture, a bad shoulder due to boxing and constant back pains and not only has Yoga and Maya's classes help with all of that but it has also impacted and effected my personal lifestyle helped me at work and in my daily life in general. Today i do private lessons with Maya and so do most of my friends and family. I would highly recommend Maya as she can work with all level of people from beginners like me to advance people like my friends and family.

Hande has a lovely demeanour and was kind enough to offer a free taster session after which we made a recurring arrangement. I specifically wanted her expertise as a prenatal yoga instructor and after two weeks, I think some of the back pain I've been experiencing is already a bit better. I feel much more comfortable now that someone properly trained can guide me through what I can do to strengthen my body and improve flexibility at this stage in pregnancy. We have also discussed postnatal options since she has training in this areas as well. Hande is very professional but also personable and cares about her client's individual needs. Her private studio is also lovely.

Anna's class is great - a combination of being dynamic, fun and relaxing! I also really appreciate that she takes the time to make sure my alignment is correct so that I can gain the most from the postures and avoid injury.

Coming from a corporate background myself, I know just how important it is to look after your wellbeing. My passion is to help others achieve this either by: 1. Life Coaching: Do you have a goal or a plan, but no matter how much time passes, or how many times you thought about it, nothing seems to change or shift in your life? Through our coaching conversations, I will support and challenge you to achieve your goals; whether you want to start your own company, find a better work life balance, or work on your relationship(s) - each session will bring you closer and closer to that destination. 2. Yoga practice: disconnect from the world briefly and connect with your body and mind. I am a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher looking to spread the love and goodness Yoga can bring to you as it has brought to me. Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your practice (or maybe with an injury), private sessions are tailored to suit your needs. Also, you get to do this at the comfort of your own home!

I'm a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher, based in South West London. I believe so much in the power of yoga that I trained to become a teacher, so I can share the many wonderful physical and mental health benefits. The style of yoga I teach is Vinyasa Flow - which simply means 'moving with the breath'. This is an effective way to calm the mind, and to help make a shift on the physical, emotional and energetic levels. I am great with people new to yoga, or people who have very tight muscles, as I used to be a runner and a basketball player and flexibility was never my strength! I know how to break down the poses so you can start where you need to - rather than forcing someone into a pose their body / mind is not ready for. Quite often in an open level class, there is an expectation that people have a certain level of flexibility already, and I used to get frustrated that I never made any progress. Over years of practising and learning from my teachers, I now know how to prepare and release tension from the body. If you are new to yoga or struggling with tight muscles or self-limiting beliefs - then I would be happy to work with you to achieve your goals. :-)

My search for wellbeing brought me to yoga, in a time when I desperately needed an alterative method for dealing with stress. It gave me back my health and positive mind that can often be hard to balance when working in the corporate world. Through a journey of self-discovery, I absorbed myself into the world of yoga, whilst living in Hong Kong and visiting Chennai, India. After trying various yoga schools, I discovered Andiappan Yoga Research and Medical Center, which soon became my clarity in this frantic world. With the guidance of Dr. Guru Gruiji Asana Andiappan, I completed her studies to advanced level in Hatha yoga and in addition yoga therapy through Ayurveda, the Indian traditional approach to medicine, thus affording me a wealth of knowledge into mind and body disorders.

Anna found yoga four years ago and there really was no turning back. Her practice began as a complimentary exercise to her physically demanding drumming career, but as her yoga practice deepened, Anna started to experience the benefits that yoga brought to her on a mental and spiritual level - forever unlocking new ways of thinking and experiencing life. Anna graduated from the Nature Yoga school in Costa Rica in April 2016 with an unbridled desire to spread the magic of the Hatha Yoga she learned in the Jungle to the masses in London. Anna’s style is a mindful Hatha flow, with a generous emphasis on honouring one’s body, self-love, happiness, and endless gratitude.
