Have you reached a fitness plateau and want to shake up your routine to get more toned? Do you want to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way? If you have been thinking about taking your fitness to the next level, working with a personal trainer can help you get lean and fit for long-term results. My name is Zoe, and I’m a qualified REPS personal trainer that will motivate and guide you to reach your goals. For over 20 years, I have inspired people at different stages of fitness to improve their health using customised plans designed around their objectives and abilities. Whatever your wish to achieve, I can do the same for you. I can help with weight loss, transform your body shape and posture to make you look and feel your best. I use a variety of different methods to suit your unique preferences and lifestyle, and these include Pilates, Vipr, TRX, BOSU, and equipment like kettlebells, stability balls, weights, resistance bands, etc. Every plan starts with an in-depth consultation where I will go over your medical history, current lifestyle and physical activities. This helps me assess where you are at and what we need to do to get you to where you want to be. I am a friendly and supportive coach that pushes my clients to change their mindset and build healthier habits in a positive and fun manner. Along with bespoke training programmes, I offer nutritional coaching that will ramp up your metabolism and boost your energy levels while helping you attain your goals faster. Zoe is a great personal trainer. She carefully blends cardio, weights and flexibility into a programme designed just for you - with excellent results. She's always positive and encouraging, but manages to push you a little bit further every time. I've never been fitter or felt healthier!
