I am a certified yoga teacher with a 200 hrTTC from Rishikesh India, which is a registered yoga school recognised by Yoga Alliance.I teach hatha yoga , to all flexiblities and levels. I am very passionate about yoga and give my 100% for every session. I have been practising yoga for the last 5 years and yoga has helped me gain strength , flexibility and balance both on and off the mat. It has thaught me self love and acceptance. I believe that practising yoga on a regular basis helps you build strength, flexibility and balance physically , mentally and emotionally. I also offer yoga nidra which is a guided deep relaxation and meditation which has benefits for insomnia, anxiety and depression and helps you to relieve stress, brings more joy in life and to connect with yourself.

I am a beginner to yoga and have found the classes a great introduction for me. Uma will make modifications to the poses as I am not yet flexible enough to do many of the full poses. The class welcomes all abilities and shapes and sizes. I find the classes very relaxing and feel that regularly going to classes will help me to become more flexible as well as relieving stress and making me feel.more relaxed. Uma is a very patient and welcoming teacher. I recommend this class. Thanks Uma
