Wenke is totally amazing. I lost a stone training with her over 12 weeks. More importantly, she changed my attitude towards my training and diet and boosted my self confiderencs. As a trainer, she is always positive and I looked forward to our weekly powerplate boxing sessions. She is firm and sets expectations. She would check in on my diet throughout the week and make sure I had a plan when I took time away from my schedule, be it on holiday or visiting family. She is very creative with her workouts and leads by example. I can’t recommend her enough. She started off as my PT and became a friend. Go wenke go

Wenke has been training me for 9 months.. She pushes me to my limits but still makes working out enjoyable and that’s no mean feat 😀.. She has transformed the way I view exercise and the results are evident. She is also my constant coach in dietary matters which has been a massive challenge for me but I’m cracking it.. Highly recommend her.

I’ve been training with Wenke for over a year now which is the longest I’ve ever trained with anyone. She really takes on board not only the goals I want to achieve but also how I would like to train. For example, focusing on interval, core and strength training. And if there are exercises I would like to try she also incorporates them into my routine. This makes the sessions fun and I genuinely look forward to them. Since working with Wenke I have achieved quite a few of my fitness goals. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, stamina and confidence. I really like how I look and feel now compared to when I first started training. I would highly recommend Wenke as a PT especially if you’re looking for a trainer that cares about working with you to achieve YOUR fitness goals. She’s very encouraging and the sessions are always fun.
