About Trang Fitness

My business is about creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for people who want to reach their health and fitness goals. To guide and motivate people who want to obtain/receive a healthier, stronger and happier body and mind. I am specialised in pre and post natal, to help mothers to exercises safely and to educate the benefits of training during their pregnancy. I also have an holistic approach as I am a yoga teacher. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha in group or one to one settings. Due to the current situation I am now only doing online PT/YOGA session. Qualifications British Weight Lifting coach level 1, Pilates Diploma level 3, APPI Pilates for Spinal Surgery & Lower Back Pain, APPI Pilates for Shoulder Rehab, APPI Reformer Series Certification, Studying 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Triyoga, Nutrition Management level 3 and level 5, Diet and Metabolic Rate Specialist Training, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Advance Kettle Bell, Boxing, HITT Training, TRX Training, Lesmills Grit Strength, Cardio and Plyo, Spin/ RPM instructor.

I have been with Trang for almost 2 months now and lost just over a stone 1 month and a half in. She has also increased my muscle and core strength whilst I have lost significant weight in such a short space of time. Having never lifted weights in my life I can now deadlift 65KG, my cardio has also improved and I can now run 10K in just under an hour. I cannot recommend Trang enough - with her you can only get better.

Trang is a dedicated and committed PT. I have been knowing her for over a year in Angel Gym Group where she based mostly. She helped me with Olympian Lifting plus Pilates when right posture and accurate form are required that make me become more confident, educated and sympathetic than ever. Still a sympathetic and casual person in moral, I prefer to regard her as a friend than a PT. Love to my "G".

I didn't know what to do at the gym; the only thing I knew was that I wanted to get stronger and healthier (and bikini ready for my Asia trip!). I saw Trang's profile in the Gym and thought I'd give her a go. She immediately set up a customised meal plan. My first training had me in sweating and in sweet pain for days, but I stuck with it. Trang is extremely motivational, makes the sessions fun, and I looked forward to our sessions each time. I saw results that I couldn't have imagined in such a short space of time. I started with shoulder pain (posture issues) and since training with Trang, the pain has completely gone. Thank you so much Trang for changing my life and for showing me that to keep on moving/gyming/eating well is life! I think of you every time my macros looks off :D

This time last year, I was going to class after class at the gym in an attempt to get stronger to help me with a contact sport I was playing, and wondering why I was just getting more fatigued. My experiences of the gym in the past was wrapped up in unhealthy thoughts and behaviours around losing weight - I had overcome issues with eating disorders and was determined not to get back into unhealthy patterns this time. This is why I contacted Trang. I have been training with Trang for 9 months now and she has definitely helped me do this, along with so much more. Physically, I feel the best that I ever have done. My body feels STRONG - the weight that I can lift has doubled in just 6 months (I can even deadlift nearly twice my body weight) and I have stayed naturally petite whilst being a healthier body weight. Mentally and emotionally, I also feel stronger. Learning to lift, with support from Trang, has helped me work on my mental strength as well as my physical strength. Trang is brilliant at adapting her approach to different clients, and how we are feeling on that day. On one hand, she will give the "tough love" that many of us need; whilst on the other hand she is understands how to work with people at a pace that is right for them. One of my favourite quotes is "Strong women lift each other up" - Trang has certainly helped lift me up

While training, she is very focused and would adjust the program to fit my need to the situation. Also always manage to find ways to motivate me, and bring me to the level unexpected. I have been working with Trang for over one year now and have come to understand my strengths and weaknesses. Since training with Trang I have lost 9 kilos in body weight, six inches from my waist and I am two dress sizes down. I have not only lost fat but gained muscle in the process. I am no longer that person that misses meals to keep weight off. Trang’s nutritional plan and monitoring has helped me form a healthy relationship with food and understand nutrition better. I can now perform exercises with correct form and carry out supersets that were previously a struggle. But the most important thing I have taken away from the training programme is that good health and fitness isn’t just a quick fix but rather a lifestyle change. Small steps are better than no steps. Thank you Trang, who is now a valued member of the family, for making me feel stronger, leaner and more confident in myself.

Trangy is the sweetest person I have ever met. She is my first personal trainer. At the beginning, My goal was to look like my idol's body. I completely changed my mind after I have trained with her. She told me I should be strong but not skinny. She told me I should appreciate my body. As an introvert, she is the person that you can easily talk with. I'm happy and enjoy every training session with her. Now I look much better than before. Even I gained 2kg but visually I look more' skinnier' than before.I reduced my body fat after 2 months ( Before 51.kg fat body:18.6% > Now 54.5kg body fat:15.3%) I will strongly recommend her for personal training. She is amazing and you won't regret!!!

I have been training with Trang for a few weeks and the results are amazing. I have already lost around 12kgs in weight, improved my body shape and posture and generally improved my core strength and fitness. She has also been carefully monitoring my diet through a daily food diary on an app. I have been following a personalised programme of exercises mainly bodyweight but also some machines. Trang is extremely caring and conscientious and has been taking into account a shoulder injury which I incurred last year and for which I am receiving physio elsewhere. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trang for her positive motivational skill and encouragement to achieve your goals.
