From my complimentary session with Sal, I knew he was the perfect trainer for me. Over the last few months he has helped with me hugely. By showing me the correct techniques, being patient as a beginner and pushing me. And he makes the workouts unique by adding different activities like boxing which makes it enjoyable. Sal has said to me before, what I am learning from our sessions will help me in the future, as this isn't just a workout for trying to lose weight and gain muscle it is a lifestyle choice. So I would highly recommend Sal to anyone who may be interested.

After hiring Sal I can honestly say he is the best trainer I have ever worked with, he has a very broad knowledge of all forms of training with speciality in boxing and kickboxing, which for someone who didn't train these disciplines found them to be quite addictive . I continue to find Sals sessions challenging but rewarding. He is also a very personable professional guy who is easy to work with and punctual, contactable and flexible around your schedule. I also recommend Sals recovery based sessions including cupping and other recovery techniques, its helped me with a ongoing injury which has allowed us to continue to progress well in training. In summary I would highly recommend Sal he really is brilliant at what he does for any level of fitness your at.

I've only been training with Sal for a month but I have to say he has been fantastic. I’ve been exceptionally impressed with his communication, flexibility and his attention to detail around my personalised training methods and requirements. I've always struggled getting back into regular fitness and Sal has been both hugely supportive and professional. With a busy job and the current Covid situation, he is extremely flexible in terms of timings, always makes the effort to travel to the park next to my home for training and always works around my other commitments in the week. Finally Sal always goes above and beyond for his clients, he's offered me round the clock support and I can ask him for advice and questions about my workouts at anytime. He also offered to train my partner who has specific requirements and suffers with Psoriatic Arthritus which goes to show his crazy amount of knowledge and understanding around different conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sal to anyone in the area or, of course, further out once restrictions ease.

What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
My first session is always complimentary. With sessions I sell in packs the more in a pack the bigger discount.
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
I work on the foundation, check for muscle imbalance, weakness, posture issues, injuries , flexibility and mobility.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
I am a level 3 personal trainer, qualified boxing fitness coach and also have qualifications in deep tissue and cupping massage.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Take the complimentary session and see if it works for you. Some pt might be a very good match with someone but not so much with someone else.
What are some good examples of past customers?
I have a 100 percent success rate on getting all my client the results they wanted.
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
Recent client when he first came to me had alot of injuries, pain, tight muscles and posture issues. Using my experience in PT and using my cupping clinic I have helped him overcome all his issues and now we are injury and problem free. He also never done boxing before and has learned alot and has a new hobby he loves.
How did you first get into this line of work?
I have always had a passion for fitness since a young age. I was good at sports and really loved training. After a while I had alot off different knowledge about training and sports. So I made a career out of it and getting better every day at my Job. Absolutely love my Job and won't change it for anything.
