High Caliber Fitness is a small privately owned gym that comes equipped with weight training apparatus, free weights, Olympic weights, kettlebells, cardio machines, resistance bands, cable machines, battle ropes and various other functional training equipment. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength and tone your body, improve general fitness, build muscle or even train for a specific sport or event then High Caliber Fitness is the place for you whether you are new to exercise or experienced. Our PT is also qualified in common Pilates for those suffering from Orthopaedic conditions (such as arthritis.) Our PT Tom is friendly, easily approachable and energetic with qualifications in: -L2 Fitness Instructor -L3 Personal Trainer -Kettlebell Instructor -Advanced Resistance Training -Metabolic Resistance & Conditioning Training -Gym Based Boxing -Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions -L3 Anatomy & Physiology -L3 Nutrition

Tom also has great knowledge of science and nutrition, so if you're currently using the gym he is brilliant at fine tuning your workout & meal plans so that you can acheive the results you want!
