I am only too aware of the pressures of modern living, as I feel first hand every day the effect stress and strain inflicts on the body. As a massage therapist I de-stress, rejuvenate and relax you in your home or mine. Modern living inflicts it’s toll on the body through long journeys to and from work, lots of hours sat at work in front of computers. Then add late night working at home after work and maybe long drives or international work including flights. The body is inclined to not take to kindle to all this punishment and you'll start to get postural issues and pain, lost sleep and headaches. There will always be the need for strengthening and conditioning of the supporting muscles.
