I've been working with Brian for a few months and will continue to do so into 2021. I originally approached Brian to help me figure out my values, purpose and what I wanted to achieve. He's helped me to understand my own principles and how I apply them at work which in turn has helped me to understand why some areas of work I've found increasingly frustrated. Through Brian's guidance I've been able to take up a new role and align myself back to the things that I truly value.

Using the key areas in ikigai, a concept which was new to me, Brian went through each area with me and in detail explained how I am in alignment with my ikigai. This was an incredibly empowering moment and further impacted on my confidence in affirming that I am living in alignment with my vision. Personality qualities and traits was another interesting area we discussed; it gave me a new insight into personality traits which I value in others and myself. My sessions with Brian was affirming and empowering and would recommend him.

Brian was a really good coach. I only did the introductory session (which was completely free, amazing in these times) but even in that one session he was able to point me in the direction of what I should be doing. He has some excellent knowledge of the life/interest/passion crossover and some deep theory behind it.
