I have over 20yrs experience in the residential property market as an inventory clerk & property manager offering inventories, check ins / outs and interim house inspections assuring Landlords enjoy smooth running of their portfolio, big or small. We can also offer maintenance and cleaning if required. I started my business as there are so many Landlords that wish to keep control of their lettings but lack the time or skills to ensure they are covered adequately by a robust and thorough inventory and check in / out procedure. I take the hassle and stress out of this part of the process. I have my level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Management and ensure all our work is in line within current industry standards putting Landlords in the best position should a dispute arise.
