Am flexible and straight forward on pricing, when estimating for jobs I made it very fair to customers.

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?

We have to agree on a price, visit the site of work to see things on the physical sight, get a diagram and talk about starting date.

What education or training is most relevant to your work?

Plumbing level one, two and three city and guides.

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?

Yes, you have to conduct an interview, know a few things about the person you about to hire, details of address, next kins and always be at a perfect end to be a good MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR along the line.

What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?

Name, address, how the job gets to them, prove of ID ETC.

What are some good examples of past customers?

My experience is simple so far cause after speaking on the phone they have my number, we communicate via calls and text before meeting each so we get to know more on that line of conversation.

A recent project was ms x after our lent of conversation we got to know each other via all sort conversations like calls, text and WhatsApp message, I got there with my Son scope the job, we get on well from that point again and kick-off the job and it last for four days.

How did you first get into this line of work?

Have been working with a man as a handyman, then went to college which I was in college and this same times still carrying out my handyman/plumbers mate that elevate me where I am today.
