About Sibel Zeynelova

I'm Sibel Zeynelova and I'm a Bulgarian Pianist and Piano Teacher, currently residing in London. I've recently graduated a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance Degree at Royal Academy of Music, and I'm enrolled in the specialised LRAM Programme there, where I'm enriching my knowledge about Piano Pedagogy and Music Theory on a professional level. Other institutions throughout my studies include Mannes College The New School of Music in New York, United States, as well as the National School of Music and National Academy of Music in Sofia, Bulgaria. Teaching is one of the most fascinating and valuable experiences in a musician’s life. It shows us how much we can learn from children, and it is a huge satisfaction, as well as a great responsibility. Seeing children progress and developing their skills is a great pleasure for me. I like combining serious and professional work with laughter. I challenge my pupils so they can have constant development – but at the same time I take a lot of care in keeping my lessons in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During my journey as a teacher, I have been training students for different concerts, competitions, exams and grade classifications, such as the ones for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London. I have also given diverse theoretical and practical exercises for improving fingers behaviour and musical abilities. My students age range vary from 3 years old until 35 years old and beyond.
