I sessions are tailored to client needs, focusing on all areas of fitness. Sessions are face to face or in person. Session are intense but fun! When you sign up with me you will get a personal online profile on the FitSW app which you will need to download. How this works: You'll get an email when the personal trainer you chose has added you as a client in the FitSW app. Simply download the app, log in with your credentials, and start training. The FitSW app is available for use on Android, iOS, and on desktop. Don't download the app before getting the invite from your trainer. Training with the App enhances your ability to reach your goals. We will train in-person/ online and I will set you up with homework on the app that has demonstrations. Shereen goes over and above with varied and challenging workouts, adjusting on the spot when needed. She provides loads of advice and guidance to keep you going between workouts too so I’ve ended up really fit! Shereen has taken the time to know and understand my goals. What I like the most about her training styles is her responsiveness. Some training methods are challenging and times I get frustrated with my body because I wish I had more strength and stamina; Shereen has been incredibly supportive whilst pushing me at the same time. It motivates me to not give up. I ended up sweating buckets my first session. I like that it was mixed with different training styles. I’ve been with PTs before and was bored or didn’t look forward to the next session. Shereen diversifies the workout which makes it a lot more enjoyable.

What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
Personal Training/ 1-2-1 Boxercise- Single Session £55 (face to face or online). Personal Training/ 1-2-1 Boxercise- The Bronze Package £200 for a block of 4 sessions, that’s £50 per session (Face to Face or online) Free profile on the FitSW app (with tailor made workouts, demos and much more). Personal Training/ 1-2-1 Boxercise- The Silver Package £360 for a block of 8 sessions, that’s £45 per session (Face to Face or online).Free profile on the FitSW app (with tailor made workouts, demos and much more. Personal Training/ 1-2-1 Boxercise- The Gold Package £420 for a block of 12 sessions Price also includes free access to the FitSW app where you are given workouts to complete between sessions, extra sessions can be booked, you can view exercise demos, you can view progress through graphs and pictures uploaded, recieve dietary advice and message me with questions etc. Every so often I have free group outdoor session with my clients where we play fitness games and prizes can be one. The last one was on 19th July 2020 where we did a 1 mile walk a 45 minute HIIT session then games including tug of war and then walked back to the starting point.
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
I want to know about you. During a free consultation I will ask about health and lifestyle, I do not keep any data info is put I the app. If I understand the demands on your life and better understand your goals, I will be able to create a regime that you will benefit from. Initially we start with a session that demonstrates your fitness level, this wialso determine and strengths and weaknesses that will act as a platform for future sessions.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
I am a Certified Health Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer and working health professional. My medical knowledge helps me to understand how the body works and how best to fuel and utilize the body to maximise endurance and performance. I have also recently written an ebook The 90 Day Cleanse, this book supports readers to adopt an overall healthy lifestyle which is sustainable. I relied on my medical and fitness knowledge when compiling this book( which is available on Amazon ).
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Yes, have a chat with the professional before making a decision and read the reviews on their profile, look at their socials too. Not only is it important to know about other client experiences but by talking to the professional you will get to know more about the person who will become a significant part of your fitness journey. You will know through the initial conversation if this is someone that you want to work with.
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
How will you help me to empower me? What can I expect from a session? What about the days that I don't feel like training? What training methods do you use? What if I find a particular exercise difficult? What happens if I need to go away for work, family or vacation?
What are some good examples of past customers?
I work with my customers so that the find sessions challenging yet fun. If customers enjoy sessions they are more likely to achieve goals. I work hard to empower and develop confidence, this is important so that results are sustainable. My biggest achievement is getting a client that has multiple illnesses and was over 21 stone down 5 dress sizes in 7 months. This was through hard work and dedication. She not only saw changes in her physical health but noticed some ailments significantly improved ( joint and muscle pain, type 2 diabetes and cholesterol levels were no longer problematic, and her anxiety and depression was better managed through reduction in cortisol levels).
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
I apply SMART goals to work outs. Ensuring that your goals are sustainable by ensuring they are Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Time Focused You achieve the best results when your needs are tailored to the above, my clients can corroborate that!
How did you first get into this line of work?
I had always been active. But as a health professional I found I had allowed over 2 stone to creep up on me due to poor eating habits and working long hours. I had neglected myself and one day decided enough was enough. I decided to start a workout regime. It was unstructured to begin with so I decided to do a personal trainer course initially to help myself. After getting better results than expected I decided to help others and that how justlikeme started.
