About Gagsy Fitness & Boxing

Time to get up close and Personal! Burning fat and sweating lots, each 1 hour class will be based entirely around you and what you want. Everyone's body is different and I tend to get the best out of you in that period of time. I focus on a number of key fundamentals such as improving your strength, stamina, speed, flexibility, mobility and core. Apart from personal training I teach boxing and will guide you, step-by-step, through each of the fundamentals of boxing, from your footwork all the way through to your technique and punches.

Sean is an excellent teacher. I’ve got about 13 years of kickboxing experience and thought I knew everything there is to know about boxing. But Sean taught me lots of new things, which was cool. His knowledge about sports in general is very extensive (cardio, weights, boxing) and never boring. He organizes his classes very well and personalises them accordingly to the individual. Every session I did with Sean was different and he was good in motivating me to push myself a bit more each week. If you’re looking for a serious personal trainer who can teach you a lot about boxing & cardio and also gives good advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle & eat wisely: I would highly recommend him :)

Having one to one sessions with Sean has greatly improved my boxing skills and increased my enjoyment with the exercise. Previously I'd been attending amateur boxing classes with a group of 8-10 people and not seen progress after plateauing. Sean has picked up on the strengths and weaknesses of my skill set and pushed it further - whilst adding new core exercises and stretches. I'd recommend the sessions to anyone wanting to start up the sport, improve their fitness or develop their current boxing level. Key improvements I've seen are: - Boxing technique/movement/awareness - Core strength and power - Overall stamina

I have been training with Sean for 2 months now and am absolutely loving it! As a newbie to boxing, I was apprehensive about what it involved. Sean took the time to teach me HOW to box (they don’t teach this in a boxercise class!) showing me technique, focusing on movement, and pushing me to use this in pad sessions and in sparring. I have developed skills and an interest that I didn’t knew I had – plus it’s one hell of a workout! As well as the boxing, sessions involve cardio, core, lower body, and upper body, and pretty much anything you want to focus on. I’ve seen progress in my strength and stamina which has given me the confidence to try new moves at the gym. Cannot recommend training with him highly enough - you will see results and have fun, all will with a supportive coach backing you all of the way!

I got in contact with Sean for boxing lessons ahead of my first amateur MMA fight. He is really good fun but very professional, it was easy to have a laugh while still getting the work done. We've built on the skills as the sessions have gone on and it's definitely given me a lot more confidence in my boxing ability and fitness. I felt comfortable around him straight away which was the most important thing when I was looking for a coach. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Sean!
