Savannah is was my personal trainer for 4 months. 3 sessions a week initially that reduced to 1 a week at the end, before she moved back to London. I had a great experience with savannah, she was organised, on time and sessions were always varied. She had me doing exercises that I never thought I could and pushed me to do more than I ever thought I could do. And throughout a great motivator. Sessions went by very quickly. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I enlisted Savannah's help after months of what I thought was hard work in the gym with not much to show for it. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. It sounds silly but with Savannah's diversive and detailed training plans I built muscles I didn't know I had! I leave one session with Savannah feeling like I've made more of a difference than in a whole week of training by myself. I would highly recommend Savannah, she's friendly, knowledgable and professional, but most importantly not afraid to whip you into shape!

My goal working with Savannah was to initially improve my fitness to complete a 10k... I managed that in January and smashed my time target. A year later, I'm another 2 10ks down and probably at the peak of my fitness and strength! Each session keeps me challenged and motivated to tackle the next goal!

I really enjoyed my sessions with Savanah and was impressed how much she incorporated my exercise preferences into the training. Although I already had a fairly good level of fitness, she helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique and identified a rather significant lack of flexibility which was holding me back in achieving my desired results. Most importantly, her calm and gentle approach made training with an expert of her caliber a lot of fun and not scary (like I expected) at all. The guidance from Savanah is just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Savanah introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more “real”, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I feel great and can see the results in the mirror. I would definitely recommend Savanah as a personal trainer.

Savannah is an awesome PT, she knows her stuff and she's really encouraging. Most importantly, she really listens to what your goals are and tailors the workouts to your needs. I asked Savannah to work with me on toning and losing body fat and her workouts were amazing, I also learnt a lot in terms of what I need to do to lose weight and tone up. She's also very friendly and an all round lovely person so you feel really comfortable working out with her but she's also able to push you to your limits and work with you to increase your fitness. I would recommend her for anyone who's looking for a PT to train with.

I had 3 months personal training with Savannah and saw great results! At the end of the training package I felt toned and physically fit. She was always on time and prepared with creative new work outs. I loved learning about how to strenghthen all the different muscle groups and increase my fitness at the same time. Savannah is great at motivating you and pushing you, but does it with a smile. She gave me a real love for going to the gym which has stayed with me. I would fully recommend SBPT!

My name's Becky, I'm 33 years old. I'm what you could politely call an enthusiastic eater of cake but a reluctant gym attendee. I signed up for a free health MOT with Savannah earlier this with some trepidation..I've tried PT sessions before and have found them scary, embarrassing, and generally really off-putting. One session in particular still makes me wince, I can't forget the feeling of terror when I almost couldn't make it up the gym stairs afterwards. So, with an informed level of scepticism I went for my 1st PT session with Savannah and discovered a completely different experience. For starters, Savannah isn't big, muscly and in my face, she's very sweet and not at all intimidating. Nor did did she make me feel ashamed at my physical prowess (or lack thereof!) Think less Rocky, more Adrian. The exercises she guides me through are tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, and target areas I have identified for improvement. The sessions are always varied which keeps me interested & although they ARE hard, they don't make me feel like a juddering, pathetic heap (apart from one exercise but I won't disclose details...let's keep that one a surprise!) In short, if like me you want to act on your health & body but perhaps lack some of the motivation and know how, then I have no hesitation to recommend, Savannah's your girl!
