I started my journey on the 18th of May 2020 and signed up for 20 sessions, I have now had 3 sessions with Samson and I'm very impressed with his guidance and support, he explains things step by step so you understand and makes me feel very comfortable and pushes me to my limits (which is what I need haha). I think he's a great personnel trainer and I would definitely recommend to anyone. I'm really looking forward to my journey ahead with him to see where my results are going to take me.

I have been training with Samson for almost 3 months and i can say he is a great and experienced personal trainer. He follows me on every single step of my process from food intake to my training. When it come to training, he is fabulous. He really takes care of me. He notices every single wrong movement i make and he corrects me accordingly. He is very specific and precise both with my food and my training. I never thought online training would be so fun and hard at the same time. I defenetly reccomend Samson to anyone who loves fitness. Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Invest in a high quality coach. One who speaks with confidence, looks the part, can clearly do wha you want to be able to do, choose someone who is motivated, experienced and supportive. Don’t select a trainer based on budget or just because they have a 6 pack or a nice bum. Try to gauge whether they are actually healthy, fit and capable of achieving your goals. Don’t waste your time or money.

What is your availability? How can I help you help me get the results in the shortest amount of time?
What are some good examples of past customers?
Cancer surviving 60 year old woman transformed from stiff, anxious, weak, unfit, unhealthy and overweight to becoming stronger than her teenage son, able to play and enjoy tennis for 2 hours at a time, knowledgeable about meal prep, time saving and nutrition, mobile, motivated and toned. Workaholic single mother, smoker, on statins, stressed, unhappy about abdominal fat, energy levels and weak muscles now able to deadlift more than her bodyweight, enjoy a flat stomach, love cooking and eating and being a role model for her son with only 1.5 hours of training a week. Online trader, smoker, chubby physique now has quit smoking, eats healthily, likes to train 4 times a week, can lift heavy weights with ease, got married and became a father for the first time.
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
Stressed out female client who was fit and exercising but struggling with irritable bowel syndrome, body fat loss, mental health, injury and furthering strength. Within 2 weeks her digestive problems disappeared, her deadlift, squat, row, push up, shoulder press and lunges weights doubled and she became leaner and happier than ever. She now continues to train and sets new goals to keep becoming stronger and healthier while maintaining her low body fat levels.
How did you first get into this line of work?
Sporty from a young age with a dream to become professional but injury put an end to that dream. Studying sport, science, coaching, psychology, management, development and research at uni helped to narrow scope and while working as a lifeguard at a gym the idea of becoming a personal trainer sparked an ambition to give it a go. I always wanted to be healthy, fit and strong and others asked me to help them train more effectively as I was the one who would research things properly. I then learned to love helping others and once I had achieved more of my personal goals I launched my business to inspire others to achieve more out of their training and life itself.
