About Samantha Gilbert Coaching & Mentoring
I’m a 3 Principles mindset coach and mentor. I specialise in helping people who suffer from anxiety, overthinking and who struggle to reach their life goals. I also help women going through the menopause who have lost confidence and teenagers who need support with mental health issues. I use my skills gained over 25 years in corporate as a leader and manager of people, plus my research, study and training, around how the brain and mind works, which enables me to support my clients as much as possible. I decided to leave corporate to set up a coaching business to help as many people as possible, unlock their true potential and live their lives to the full. My sessions are done via phone, zoom calls or face to face meetings.
