Ru was a fantastic trainer. He was knowledgeable, giving me tips on what to eat, how much and when. Motivational and kind, he had a subtle way of pushing you to do that one more rep when you just didn't think you could make it. He was very professional but friendly as well which I think is great combination to have. He also easily fitted around my working hours which made life a bit more easier and most importantly I can see the difference in my shape. Really happy to recommend Ru to my friends and family.

Ru is one of a kind and I am very grateful to him for his support and guidance at the beginning of my fitness journey. I worked with Ru in 2013 and several times since. He formulated a highly effective nutrition plan for me along with a tailored work out plan which fitted in to my busy lifestyle and provided incredible results both in body and in mind. Prior to working with Ru I had done very little exercise and did not have the healthiest of eating habits either. As a successful professional and busy mum I found it hard to commit to consistent health and fitness goals. Ru gave a lot of advice around how to incorporate good habits that worked with my lifestyle and he showed me how to create a balance to ensure consistent results. I found that he was always really helpful and genuinely cared about the results that I achieved as his client. He also guided me through the more challenging moments on days that I struggled with my gym sessions. If you want to get great results, work with a supportive and effective coach, improve your understanding of nutrition, decrease levels of stress and increase your confidence I would highly recommend Ru as a fitness coach. I've worked with a few PT's and would say that he is the best by far.

Ru has a very positive, friendly and encouraging approach. He listened and took into account my abilities and age (49), and tailored a diet and exercise plan that really worked and helped me lose over 2 stones in weight.

Great guy who knows his stuff. We've worked together on two 3-month programs and the rapid transformation I experienced was amazing. He not only helped me with my workouts, but also my nutrition what is good to eat and when. I learnt so much from him in terms of my life balance, I would recommend Ru to anyone who is looking to make some changes in their life.
