Ricky introduced me to the joys of boxing, and when I got a hand injury from netball, he seamlessly shifted to personal trainer mode. He always thinks of something new to do, so training never gets boring as each session is different. Ricky is also good at avoiding things that would aggravate the arthritis in my feet, and training with him feels really tailor made. On a personal note, he is also very funny, and I always look forward to our weekly sessions. Between sessions, he is good at giving advice if I want to train on my own, and always responds very quickly.
