Darren was extremely helpful from the start and was to recommended to me by a friend. He managed to fix a fault on my laptop that was deemed not 'cost effective' by other companies that obviously didn't want to bother themselves with the job! He answered the phone every time I called, got back to my queries quickly and fixed the fault efficiently at a much better price than I'd been quoted from someone else. I'm extremely happy with his service and will be sure to keep his number, and also pass it to any other friends of mine who need it!
