Tom is a really great personal trainer. He always strikes exactly the right balance between encouragement and direction. He doesn’t set unreasonable goals. He puts the onus on you to challenge yourself to reach the goals and improve your fitness and health, he is there to support you in your efforts. No training sessions are the same, so they never become a boring routine. It is no exaggeration to say that Tom’s training sessions have changed my life. I have lost lots of weight, dropped several clothes sizes, and am so much fitter and healthier.

Tom coaches me in Boxercise (boxing aerobic fitness which incorporates punching, kicks & other exercises to tone & strengthen) Tom is a highly knowledgeable trainer, a great motivator & best of all makes exercise fun through varied sessions. Highly recommend training with Tom!
Since joining Prepare2lose I have not only improved my fitness but I've had great fun doing it. A good cross section of activities, Boxercise, Bootcamps, HIT, gym sessions with social events throughout the year with a great crowd of people from all age groups. Tom offers nutritional support as well as personal training alongside the classes, organises motivational annual events like tough mudder last year and the 3 Peaks challenge this year for those wanting something extra from the club. Highly recommended and definitely worth a try....
Tom is a great instructor. The classes are fun, designed for all abilities and the exercises work all parts of the body. Exactly what I am looking for. Tom is very welcoming and makes you feel as ease. I love going to his classes.
Simply excellent, welcoming atmosphere but serious workout!
I have been attending Prepare2Lose boxercise, HiiT and Bootcamp classes for 9 months. The classes are well planned, the equipment varies at each session and Tom is upbeat and motivating. I work harder at Prepare2Lose classes than I have ever done before and now thoroughly look forward to the sessions. The motivation has carried over into my personal life and I look for ways to increase activity into my days. I would (and do) thoroughly recommend Tom's classes to anyone who is looking for a fun and hard work-out.
I can’t rate Prepare2lose highly enough. I have been attending classes and personal training sessions for over 2 years, I chose prepare to lose as I was putting on weight, and clearly not as fit as I should be, a friend recommended Tom and I have never looked back. I am now fitter than I have been in a long time and weight has dropped off. Tom has been a brilliant trainer, patient and professional, he makes sure every class or training session is different and fun, and importantly is all inclusive. The training classes have a wide range of ages and both men and woman. They really get the struggles of loosing weight, the challenges of normal life and what makes us become overweight and unfit in the first place, work, kids, health etc... they have helped me overcome the blockers, it’s a great feeling. My friend and I have been having joint PT sessions. Tom's knowledge on fitness and nutrition is amazing and his personal training sessions are challenging, fun and varied. I always feel like I'm getting a good work out and progressing with each session. I've had had great results over the last few months since starting with him.
