We are all individuals, your diet & workout plan needs to take your individuality into account to work properly. Experience & Qualifications (and our clients tell us too) WE HAVE •Ofqual regulated Level 4 (higher level) personal training qualifications, which means that we have studied human movement, Yoga & how to achieve amazing results at a greater depth than most personal trainers •We have a unique approach to nutrition based on Dr Gary Mendoza’s system, ‘The Lean System’, which optimises fat-loss for those working with experienced personal trainers such as ourselves in Norfolk and Suffolk. •Our work experience has included the NHS as a Physiotherapy assistant from 2007-2015. We gained the unique experience of working with all types of special populations from back pain, cardiac rehabilitation, pre & post natal exercise and brain injury. •5 Separate Boxercise Certifications – Including the rare ‘Advanced Boxercise Instructor’ (only 30% of trainers who attempt this are able to pass) as we achieved over 80% in all 3 courses first time – Boxercise Instructor, Advanced Skills/Personal Training and Speed Pads. This guarantees you that we strive for the highest standards in the fitness industry – thus taking your sessions to a whole new level, burning more calories, having fun, becoming fitter and improving your skills! So whatever your physical condition, your current lifestyle & your preferred foods, we can get you to your goals. The fact is that many people who join a gym will simply stop attending after a few short weeks, yet continue to pay for their annual membership fees. If this sounds like you then you will benefit far more from the added motivation given by employing a personal trainer who will come directly to your home in Norfolk and Suffolk with a great array of training techniques and nutrition strategies for weight loss. WHAT MAKES OUR DIET ADVICE ANY DIFFERENT? Are you trying to reduce your clothes sizes by a few inches but are confused by diet fads? We will take an initial psychometric test to assess your readiness to change, a full analysis of your current diet and activity habits which will then be used to provide you with a detailed report and the ideal diet. We are also proud to be offering The Lean System, a 12 modules e – learning designed to re educate you in healthy lifestyle choices for long term weight loss. This system is ideal for men and women of all ages and is based on Dr Mendoza’s PhD research, which achieved an 86% success rate in the UK and New Zealand. We are externally accredited with the prestigious Association For Nutrition. These diet services are also available online. PERSONAL TRAINING AT HOME We use a variety of proven methods to ensure you get the best results from your time and money invested. We will help you achieve your goals by making your sessions as enjoyable as possible! Our methods include Advanced Boxercise, Kick Boxercise, Yoga, Kettlebells, Vipr, Powerclubs and Circuit Training.
