If you're keen to get fit, then I am very passionate and am highly enthusiastic about fitness, and will aid you in achieving your goals Experience: I am very passionate and am highly enthusiastic about exercise and fitness.If you are interested in exercise but would feel more comfortable doing it in your home or a public place such as a park rather than a gym then I am here to support you and help you reach your goals. You will have an initial consultation, where we will decide on what is the best way to go about achieving your goals. You will receive nutritional advice, great exciting training methods and I will support and monitor your progress along the way. My aim is to get you to your target as efficiently as possible and so that you have maximum enjoyment. If you enjoy what you are doing, you will put in more effort, achieve more and exercise with a SMILE. I'm a weight loss specialist who can offer expert advice on nutrition and exercise programmes that can help you reach your target weight. It's not about a quick fix, its about changing how you feel about yourself and your body and making sure these changes last. I train clients at home and in local outdoor spaces so that exercise can fit into your life at your convenience with programmes designed specifically to meet your requirements. I consistently demonstrate extraordinary results. I achieve this through a combination of passion, motivation, guidance and most importantly the ability to change your mindset. Training sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home, nearest park, local gym, studio, your preference. I am currently a personal trainer in the newly opened Kensington Leisure Centre in West London (W11). You also have the option to train here on a pay as you go basis and achieve your goals in a brand new facility with brand new equipment. Full fitness assessments are conducted at your request, measuring body fat, fitness levels and dietary analysis. Training could involve Core Stability/Strength, Weight Loss, Muscle Building/Strength, Boxercise, TRX and much more. With many years of experience and enthusiasm, I can help motivate you to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. There are a variety of ways to book sessions. A range of discounts are available for booking blocks of sessions (in multiples of 5 up to 20 sessions), or you can pay on a pay as you go basis. AVAILABLE IN ALL WEST AND NORTH WEST LONDON AREAS.
