About PlayMore

My name is Alan Lay and I am an experienced football coach that has worked with ages 8 to adult for over 10 years. I have also managed sides up to step 5 of the national league system. I am a UEFA B badge holder and have youth module 1, I can work with you 1-2-1 or work with up to 20 players in a group to improve technique, physical condition and develop players tactical understanding of the game. Similarly, if you are a team manager or team coach, I can help you plan your playing philosophy, style of play in and out of possession and work with you to develop a strategy to organise your team in the most effective way possible. Ultimately, football is a game and I create a fun and challenging environment for the individual player, team or managers to learn and improve whatever facet of the game you'd like me to help with.
