My Personal Training/ fitness exercise for small groups and Dance classes is based on my over 10 years of experience in sports, dance and movement training. Qualifications: - Sports Science Degree - PE teacher master - Level 2 Gym Instructor REP - Level 3 Personal trainer REP - Zumba Instructor - Spinning Instructor - Contemporary Dance certificate - Technic and body dance control certificate With 4 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and gym instructor, working in Spain and in high standard clubs in central London, I am an enthusiastic person that likes make people feel powerful with their bodies. Good energy and quality are the bases of my training. With my background in sports and dance, I focus my training in HIIT, loaded movement training, flexibility training and functional training. All of them are amazing ways to get fitter, stronger and become smarter mover. I am based in North London (Hackney and Islington). Available for 1-1 Personal Training and Small groups classes. I am also a dance teacher with more than 9 years of experience teaching to kids and adults(contemporary, commercial, latin) begginers and intermediate level (check the videos in my profile). Do you need to prepare your wedding dance, to choreograph a routine with your colleagues for an event, or simply do you enjoy dancing once or twice in a week privately or in group? I would love to help you! As a Nutrition adviser, I share with my clients the tips for a healthy eating habits. I truly believe food is 70% of your energy. I have trained with three other trainers but it’s safe to say that Paula is far superior to all of them put together!! She tailors the training so precisely to your body and all the goals you want to achieve. Honestly, I felt a difference with her after merely two weeks. She is so encouraging, super professional and incredibly supportive. She is the largest motivation for me and I can’t recommend her enough!

6 stars! I’m seeing progress in every area and somehow actually enjoying the early starts (which is a surprise). She’ll keep you confident in your progress by not letting you get to a point where you think ‘I literally, actually can't do this’, but still push you when she knows you need a bit of pushing. And actually a bonus 7th star for Gizim the dog who is a very good boy. So yeah, 7 stars.

I have had back problems for nearly 3 years now and I am just 26. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis 1 year ago and I have been to see a specialist and to physio but it was not much of a difference as they do not explain the function of the moves and how you can rectify your spine by simple exercise, what muscles to use or where you shall feel the work out etc. Training and exercising with Paula improved my back posture just after few sessions and its a pleasure to work with! highly recommended! ^__^

An absolute pleas to work with Paula. As a proffered ballet dancer for 7 years now it us essential to do personal training with an instructor full of knowledge and body awareness. Paula is an extremely talented personal trainer which respect so much, she pays attention to detail and your personal requirements. As a guy who has never been trained by a female before I was hesitant to Paula train me at first but that quickly got put to rest after our first session as she had training hard to the point I struggled to do it (in a good way) she is really a high caliber personal trainer and such a genuinely nice person so I couldn't recommend her more 10/10 from me :)

Paula is an approachable fitness instructor and an amazing dance teacher. She is dedicated to her clients and she always has a smile on her face and she is willing to give you advice when needed. She teaches me dance classes at the gym and other locations. Dance is something that I always wanted to get back to since I was an early teen. Now many moons after, thanks to Paula I have been able to fulfil that dream. She is very thorough on what she does, and always corrects posture, pushes your limits and has got a vast imagination to come up with different choreographies, both unique and intense at the same time. The classes are very entertaining and fun and I'm always counting my days to the next lesson. I would highly recommend Paula both as a person and instructor. Very happy to have met her. Thank you.

Paula taught me a lot that most trainers (online and in the gym) tend to miss out. The most important factor was the attention she pays to smaller muscle groups that help with stability, and will lead us to a more injury-free physique. I am recovering from ACL reconstruction, and through Paula's training, she has helped me rebuild my leg muscle group stronger than they ever were, and vastly helped me improve my balance and general well-being. She is an asset to PureGym Holloway.
