Paul was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. He phoned ahead prior to quote and also to job. He was also punctual and responsive to queries received before job was undertaken. Paul is professional, polite and friendly, working at pace and finishing within the time estimate for the job despite some of the fittings proving trickier than expected due to quirks in construction of property. The job required the replacement of 16 light fittings and was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to others.
