At onemoreslice/caterer we do bespoke cakes and the cuisines that we do is fingerlickin customers always come back occasions after occasions. I've been in the catering industry over 20-years and baking and decorating cakes over 35 years. We at onemoreslice/catere didn't go to catering school to learn how to bake and cook this is a gift that all my staffs have. The awesome thing is that, the people that I cater for have taste my cakes and food through my customers that I have had from the beginning and new customers, Also by the end of October I have orders for food for Christmas and Christmas cakes. The motto at onemoreslice/caterer is treat customers the way you like to be treated as a customer. I the founder of onemoreslice/caterer also do one-to-one classes on how to bake Caribbean cakes and cook West Indian food and other foods. one of my regular customer daughter is a journalist and I bake her and her husband wedding cake, and it was in a wedding cake magazine around the same year they got married.
