I've been taking private yoga classless for a number of years and personally I think Amandine is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had. She tailors her sessions to suit my capabilities. Before the session I feel really tense, but left feeling on top of the world at the end of session. Every time I practice with her, I feel like I was walking on air! And the savasana massage she gives so good. I can't recommend enough for you try a session with her.

Amandine has been helping me learn yoga after having two children. She is patient and calm and even helps with the baby if he is grizzly. It has been the perfect way to find time for exercise amid the chaos of two small children. Highly recommend

I started working with Amandine privately not knowing much about yoga. When I first started, I was very nervous, with chronic knee pain. Amandine has been amazing with her teaching and encouragement. She has accommodated my injuries and improved my pain significantly through yoga. I have also learnt a lot from her and continue to take private classes with her as well as group sessions on occasion. She has opened my eyes to yoga and I am so happy to have found her. She always makes every lesson so relaxing and is very good at getting me in the right mental state for relaxation. - Jacky

As it was my first time practicing yoga I genuinely didn’t know what to expect, and I was a bit nervous if I’m being honest. Thoughts I had before hand what if I can’t do what is required and I hope I haven’t gone over the top with the yoga kit. Anyway all that doesn’t matter as Amandine, from the moment we met was professional and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. Amandine is a good communicator and very helpful during her sessions and I was always reassured during our sessions that she is nearby to assist and help if needed. I have learned a lot in the short period of time that I have been a student under her watchful eye. I would highly recommend Amandine to anybody wanting to learn as a beginner or even if you are experienced.
