About On Pointe Fitness

Offering personal training sessions to the general public and athletes alike. I work with people in weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation, flexibility & mobility and performance based training (sport specific/ race training). I have also done workshops and seminars for the education, corporate and social care (youth club) sectors. Clients can choose to see me mobile I.e in their local park or at home or can choose to see me in the gym I rent based in the centre of Edinburgh. I run personal training sesssions for 1-5 people and also run a series of weekly classes around the Midlothian area
