About Olga Gara Photography
First of all, congratulations to you and your partner for taking such an exciting step in your life! I'm Olga, an award-winning photographer. From a very young age, I’ve always loved taking photos of friends and family. At the age of 16, I was thrilled to win a national photography competition, which was a great start to my photography career. That year I was arranging my first photo exhibition, hanging stills around the gallery when I got a tap on the shoulder, it was a couple wondering if I would take their wedding photos. And that changed everything. Even after many years of working in this business, I feel thrilled to be a key part of the biggest day of people’s lives. Helping to celebrate and capture the magic of the first moments of married life. In addition to my work as a wedding photographer, I am lucky to work as a TV trailer producer, editor, and photographer for the leading European broadcasters. And here I am today, 12 years later, a winner of multiple awards in both TV and photography. My style of photography and approach will allow you to relax, feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy your day without pressure. I am there to make your day special ensuring that your hearts click together. I am based in Oxford, near London, and cover the whole of the UK and destination weddings abroad.

I've never done a photoshoot before, this was the first time for me and on an occasion like this! So I was very nervous, didn't know how to pose, but Olga made me feel very comfortable and confident. She directed me in such a calm manner that made me really enjoy the whole process and not worry! And I also got a preview of the first set of photos very quickly, which was great. I really, really recommend Olga Gara Photography if you want enjoyable experience and great results.
From the moment we met Olga we immediately felt relaxed in experienced hands. Being a couple where one partner is not entirely comfortable posing in front of cameras it was very important that we felt at ease and natural for our special day. Throughout our day Olga was capturing every detail from serious minutes to laughter, special moments of us looking at each other. We were guided on the day for the best positioning and angles but never felt staged or uncomfortable. The end result was stunning.
