In many individuals this condition is underlying and is masked by day-to-day priorities such as work commitments, child care or being seen to be part of the social norm (Thursday night drinking) this leads people to procrastinate about their Fitness and Nutrition. You may procrastinate about your training or nutrition for a variety of reasons but the same ill effects come of it. With a system in place, you’ll get drastically better results while also having much less stress, gaining confidence and research shows even more successful. Becoming efficient is a skill that takes effort, planning, and dedication. OGD offers a gateway to this lifestyle, not phase, lifestyle. Contact us for you free Consultation. Kayleigh F.'s review on Jun 20, 2017

I have actually done a range of training with Ollie. It started with running (I was doing a lot of races at the time), Ollie really helped to build my stamina and overall fitness. Since then I have done 1:2:1 sessions with Ollie to target key areas and build muscle. I also attend a group session that Ollie runs which again really helps with my overall fitness and stamina whilst toning. Ollie takes time to understand what you are trying to accomplish and helps you to get there he is also really eager to see you achieve your goals and will check in with you even when you're not training with him to give you the motivation you need to keep going and stay on track.

Loving my PT sessions with Ollie. He works me hard which is what its all about, but I have confidence in his training, the sessions are varied and we have a laugh in the process. I would recommend Ollie with no hesitation.

Since starting my Personal Training 7 months ago( first one was on my b-day), I am a different person in many ways. My body has changed shape for the better and I have dropped 2 dress sizes! I feel more motivated to exercise, now I can't wait for a next training. We do 4times a week in the moment. It is not all about the exercise, Ollie has given me very good nutrition advice which helps keep the pounds off. Overall Ollie is someone with a lot passion for hard work, helping in every way and definitely gets the best out of me and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He never let you give up your goals. Every single training you'll be pushing your limits! One word can say everything -  Ollie is UNIQUE!

Simren S.'s review on Jun 11, 2017

Having never stepped foot in a gym before I was pretty sceptical when it came to working out and using all the different machines and equipment because I literally had no idea, but Ollie helped so much by explaining what they're good for and showing me exactly how to use them. He put my mind at ease knowing I'd have his full support and help, even when not being in the studio with him. He has helped me build my confidence and fitness in the short time we've been training together so I'm very excited to see the outcome over a long stretch of time. Ollie is very easy to get along with and knows what he's doing so he'll help you achieve your goals in no time! I warn you though, he does not cut corners, he will push you until you can't do anymore and even then he tells you 'can't' is banned & will threaten to give you punishments in the form of the deadly BURPEE if you utter it again!! (Got to be cruel to be kind right?) Overall I love working out with Ollie, he makes it as enjoyable and different as possible and I always, always, always look forward to my next session with him

Ollie has been an excellent and motivating trainer over the last few years, and have no hesitation in recommending him unconditionally. He's always been reliable - which is important when training starts at 6am - and very motivating.
