Welcome to Nth Degree Fitness, it's great to have you here and I'm excited to see how we can work together. Are you looking to become stronger, fitter or (lose weight?/healthier)? But don't know where to start? Or maybe you've tried a few methods to reach your goals but aren't sure what is most effective? That's what I'm here for. Over the past 5 years, I've helped and inspired dozens of people from all walks of life to reach their goals and ultimately more confident versions of themselves. My focus is on getting you to that goal while keeping training fun and exciting. I use a variety of methods to suit you including boxing, interval training and resistance training. These alongside nutrition advice and corrective exercise will keep you motivated and excited to reach your targets. I have been training with Myles for almost two years now and the improvements I have made in my strength and overall fitness have been dramatic! I have surpassed what I had considered possible right from the get go. Myles listens to my preferences and goals but always pushes me to try my hardest and move beyond my limits. Started training about 2 years ago and thanks to Myles I have been able to push myself in strength and fitness/health discipline. What I really like about my training is the diversity in exercises and intensity which allows me to get out of my comfort zone. After a few months, I already started seeing changes and I'm looking forward to continue my training!
I’ve had many personal trainers in my time and struggled to stick with any of them until I started seeing Myles over a year ago. Not only does he provide bespoke training plans bespoke to my individual needs but he also adapts them as my needs change. Sessions are never dull or repetitive; constantly mixing up boxing, weight training and fully body exercises. He also provides nutritional advice and always responds quickly to any questions I have. However best of all, he’s a great person and very easy to get on with.
Myles has been my trainer for about two and a half years now and not only do I really enjoy training with him (he can be very funny at times) but I’m also continually getting stronger. Myles is extremely knowledgable and tailors my plan to me and also makes appropriate adaptations when I need them. He’s always changing it up to keep things interesting and challenging, and pushes me to do better. I think that whatever your goal, Myles will be able to help you to achieve it if you’re willing to put in the hard work!
Myles has been my trainer for over a year. He has always been reliable, mixing good fun with really hard work. After a severe injury hospitalised me for a month, he has helped me recover fitness in a way that is patient and well adapted to what I needed, while still hard work! This has left me much stronger and healthier. In short, Myles is a brilliant trainer.
I have just finished 3 months of training with Myles and he has been an excellent personal trainer - friendly, motivating and very patient! I hadn't trained in a long time and he helped me get back into shape, focus my exercises and improve my diet. Really happy with the results and couldn't recommend him more.
