Welcome to Nth Degree Fitness, it's great to have you here and I'm excited to see how we can work together. Are you looking to become stronger, fitter or (lose weight?/healthier)? But don't know where to start? Or maybe you've tried a few methods to reach your goals but aren't sure what is most effective? That's what I'm here for. Over the past 5 years, I've helped and inspired dozens of people from all walks of life to reach their goals and ultimately more confident versions of themselves. My focus is on getting you to that goal while keeping training fun and exciting. I use a variety of methods to suit you including boxing, interval training and resistance training. These alongside nutrition advice and corrective exercise will keep you motivated and excited to reach your targets. I have been training with Myles for almost two years now and the improvements I have made in my strength and overall fitness have been dramatic! I’ve had many personal trainers in my time and struggled to stick with any of them until I started seeing Myles over a year ago. Not only does he provide bespoke training plans bespoke to my individual needs but he also adapts them as my needs change. Sessions are never dull or repetitive; constantly mixing up boxing, weight training and fully body exercises. He also provides nutritional advice and always responds quickly to any questions I have. However best of all, he’s a great person and very easy to get on with.

Myles has been my trainer for about two and a half years now and not only do I really enjoy training with him (he can be very funny at times) but I’m also continually getting stronger. Myles is extremely knowledgable and tailors my plan to me and also makes appropriate adaptations when I need them. He’s always changing it up to keep things interesting and challenging, and pushes me to do better. Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Always go with a pt you can get on well with and who understands what you need. Qualifications and experience come a close second.
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?

What are some good examples of past customers?
One of my first clients had an eating disorder and depression and speaking as someone who suffered from depression it was great to work with him. He was my height (6feet tall) but weighed around 60 kg compared to me at 105kg so he was really small. In the time we worked together we turned around his eating, training and lifestyle habits. Getting him to think of positive things each time he saw me instead of just negative things. After nine month his weight was around 80kg and he looked a lot better and stronger.
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
I trained a gentleman who's goal was to get into the Navy. We trained for 9 months and he lost over 10kg and smashes his Navy fitness testing.
How did you first get into this line of work?
I always loved to train, it helped me with depression and I thought if I love this so much, why not make it a career. 5 years on I've not looked back since.
