I have worked with Noah a lot over the years. I would highly recommend using him for anything from sports massage to pilates. Deep tissue massage is always what I needed and Noah always knows how to get into the knots. I have also done pilates with him and he does't just do a pilates session, he adapts it to meet your needs. He took time to explain the value of what we were doing as we were going along. He helped me to understand how I could use what I learnt in everyday life and other sports and exercises. He understands how imbalances in the body can affect us and how to work on these to reduce the imbalance.

I have been going to Pilates sessions with Noah for somtime now and I love it for a number of reasons. Firstly, as a regular free weight trainer, I constantly suffer with muscle tightness and poor flexibility. Within a few weeks of doing pilates, I feel more flexible and I have learnt how to hold myself better to preform essential compound lifts and movements it the gym. Secondly, the quality of teaching and knowledge from Noah is second to none. The wealth of knowledge really shines through, as he takes a holistic approach with clear and retentive instructions allowing me to take home a lot from each session, both in terms of body and mind. Overall, I always feel energised and positive after each session and I would highly recommend to anyone who cares about the longevity of their training, body and health.

Meet Noah Benjamin

Living a good life also means prioritising health and fitness. And if you feel that you’re at a disadvantage in these areas and need help getting fit, lean, and strong, I can help. I’m a qualified personal trainer dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals no matter what. Let’s begin with a brief background of myself – I started at Nuffield Health as a corporate well-being adviser and earned my level 3 NVQ in personal training. My role involved travelling around various corporate offices they had connections with and working with their in-house Occupational Health teams to create wellness programmes to boost productivity. I went on to earn a level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in sports massage therapy and opened a small sports therapy clinic in a local gym where I focused on treating sports injuries and chronic pain for clients and athletes. I was still keen to enhance my clinical skill sets and later joined the British Army as a combat medical technician. After leaving the army, I took the time to broaden my skills to include yoga and Stott Pilates. My combined skills and insight gained throughout the various fields in my career is now channelled to boost the performance of clients focused on athletic achievement but also to help average individuals move better, and eliminate pain. My diverse set of clients include bodybuilders, powerlifters, professional athletes as well as ordinary men and women keen to improve their overall health and daily lives through freedom of movement. I believe the principles of movement used in Yoga and Pilates are key to all exercise and as such are an invaluable tool. My goal as a personal trainer is not to simply make my clients sweat, but to educate and inspire them to push themselves out of their comfort zone for the best possible results. I believe that movement is complicated and multi-faceted but through my customised sessions, you will become stronger, leaner, and more certain about your capabilities. I don't expect clients to pick up the techniques I use straight away; it is my goal that every session comes with a 'eureka' moment where you feel that you really learned something new that you can take forward into individual training. I know that training sessions can be sometimes challenging but I provide loads of encouragement so you stay engaged and motivated to put in extra effort when it counts. As you progress, you’ll realise why this matters when you see the great results! I'm constantly looking for the highest quality courses to expand my skill range and provide new techniques that I can pass on to my clients for even better outcomes.
