About Naail Elsawah
Hey guys, my name is Naail El-Sawah and I'm a fully certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. I currently hold several higher level diploma's among other fitness related qualifications, that grant me the necessary knowledge and know-how to provide an excellent result-driven service. Quite simply put, you are guaranteed to get results training with me so long as you put the work in. My training style is one which revolves around you giving me 100% at all times, regardless of your ability. I'm not one to stand there barking orders at you, expecting you to train until you vomit on your first session. However, I do expect you to make a commitment to yourself and to me, that you'll give it your best effort, no matter what. I assure you that I'll be there to help throughout the process, completely committed to getting you the best possible results in the shortest amount of time. When I started working with Naail I had never been in a gym before so, Naail worked with me to train me up on all the equipment. I did the silver package and really enjoyed our training together. He understood my physical limitations and trained me with that in mind. He is an awesome guy and we have so much fun and laughter in our sessions. I lost 2 stone in 9 weeks with Naail’s help. He will make you work but it’s worth it. He is truly an amazing trainer. And I am currently continuing with him to shape my body how I want it.

I remember my first dialogue with Naail. It was something like this: Naail: "What is your goal?" Me: "I want bigger biceps! Been trying for ages and don't see any results apart from feeling a bit stronger (at least)." Naail: "Bigger biceps or bigger arms? You can't just focus the biceps, what about the triceps, forearms, side shoulders?" Me: "hummmm..." Naail: "What about your diet? What do you eat before and after working out?" Me: "Not much, just a sandwich or something. Sometimes nothing, doing intermittent fasting." Naail: "You can't grow muscle without eating more and, more importantly, the right food." Me: "hummmm..." So, in those few minutes, I immediately realised some of the things I had been doing wrong: focus on 1 group of muscles only (biceps) and an incorrect diet. After just 5 or 6 sessions, I started noticing the results on my body: put on weight, bigger chest, bigger arms and able to increase the weight on every session. That gave the motivation to do more and more, even on my own. I’m really happy to have had Naail as my personal trainer and definitely recommend him if you want to have results. But you have to do your own part too, of course. No pain, no gain.
In the very short time I’ve been training with Naail, he’s kept me motivated and has been very consistent. I had lost 5kg within the first month by having a couple of session a week and changing my diet with the nutrional plan. The sessions are great and fun. Naail sure knows how to push you but at the same time he’s patient. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have regarding your fitness. He is very flexible and can work around your timetable and makes an overall great personal trainer. Thank you for your hard work and I look forward to my session next week.
I can't thank Naail enough for everything he helped me with before my wedding. I went through a complete transformation and dropped a good few kilos so I looked good for my special day. Now he helps me keep in shape and I will continue my sessions with him as I thoroughly enjoy them. He knows how much to push me and how I respond the best. Naail’s coaching and nutrition program restored my metabolism and enabled me to lose weight at the same time as building muscle. Before following Naail’s advice, my weight had plateaued for three months despite restricting my calories to 1500. At 6’1” that number of calories was way too low, my metabolism crashed, I felt tired all the time and my body was in lethargy. Naail supported me in increasing my total calories 2800 by carefully balancing my nutrient intake. I’ve recently lost 10Kg and improved my lifts by 20-50Kg. I am now confident that with Naail’s help I can successfully bulk and then cut to reach my goal weight and physique.
I have had the pleasure of having Naail as my guide through my most recent attempt at weight loss! Having spent many years, and more money that I care to recall, he has helped me to find a way to lose weight yet not feel starved and deprived in the process. I started with him on September 14th 2015 weighing 17 stones 3 lbs , and on January 5th 2016 I weighed 14 stones 11 lbs. That's a loss of 33 pounds in 3.5 months.
