I found Paul to be reliable and his explanation of the problem and the work he was going to undertake very clear and concise. He completed his work and the problem was as he suspected and he fixed it at the first attempt. He was very neat and tidy in his work no mess was left behind at all. He pointed out a few other issues with the slightly odd heating setup I have (other plumbers have as well) but in no way was he touting for additional business. I found him to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout and reasonably priced. I've saved his number for next time.
Friendly, punctual, tidy and efficient
I contracted Paul to remove a conventional boiler and install my new combi boiler when I moved to a new house in early 2013 and has been servicing it every year since then. I have never had any problems with my boiler (touch wood!) and I can only attribute it to Paul's excellent care! He also purged my radiators which now work beautifully! Paul is friendly, reliable, professional and has a huge knowledge in this field. Besides being a registered Gas Safe, Paul is also a registered electrician which helps a lot if there are any problems with the boiler electrical system. I highly recommend him!
I know Paul now for 10 years. He has been a great help with my multiple properties across London. Most of the time with plumbing and lately with electrical issues. I keep using Paul's services mainly for his quick response and punctuality, which these days is hard to find with Plumbers. Recommend him one hundred percent
