I've been working with Ola for the 3rd month now. Overall, Ola has been extremely serious and strict about any single position of an exercise and he always provides customised training programs based on my progression. Hence we have achieved evident effects on my body. Class A recommended!

I attended Ola's Deck of Cards classes. In terms of price it is very worthwhile as you spend £25 for 6 great classes. Although the concept in terms of the deck of cards remained the same, each week would incorporate different exercises. The great thing about it was that the exercises were not the usual go to exercises so i fpund myself working out muscles that were not part of my normal routine. Would definitely recommend the class

I’ve had many trainers but Ola is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had he keeps you disciplined and focused on your end goal and I started to see results very quickly he has so much knowledge I’ve also been too a few of he’s fitness classes they are great!

The sessions I completed with Ola were great. Each session varied in terms of equipment and exercise choice but never lacked in intensity and I was always assured my overall goal was being worked towards. It was a dynamic class, which I loved, he controlled the session well with the right injection of humour however always kept the standard high. I’d highly recommend Ola’s session to anyone certain of improving their fitness and wellbeing, have a little dance, laugh as much as you like but be sure to get those reps in!!

If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish great things. This applies to most things in life, including fitness. If you are displeased with the numbers on the scale or your lack of muscle tone from far too many hours spent sitting at your desk, I am someone that can get you excited about reaching your optimum fitness level. As a level 3 & 4 qualified personal trainer, I believe that any approach to health and fitness should be with a long-term vision by transforming your lifestyle and attitude towards fitness. My mission is to educate and guide people to boost their health and enhance their overall wellbeing. My sessions are uniquely tailored to your current abilities and objectives. I combine my expertise and over six years of experience with my knowledge of human biomechanics, management of nutrition and obesity, exercise GP referral and strength and conditioning to deliver effective results that invigorate weak muscles and keep your joints active. To safeguard against injuries, I ensure optimum mobilisation that ensures no undue pressure on joints while promoting overall mobility. In time, as you gain strength and tone your muscles, you will learn to exercise safely and avoid any unnecessary injuries or muscle stress. Whether your goal is to burn fat, build muscle or take your performance up a few notches, you will learn to create healthy habits that have a profound positive impact on your body and mind. The aim is to bullet-proof your body for today and tomorrow, and I provide plenty of motivation, so you stick to your goals and never quit. My sessions are available face-to-face or online, and you can count on me to push you to stay consistent and work out with intensity and enthusiasm. What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
We go through a full consultation which is sent to you to then we tailor your workout and nutrition. I’d also assess movement patterns for form.

How did you first get into this line of work?
From a young age I’ve been in sport. Went on to teaching sport in schools. Working in a leisure centre with all ages teaching all sports, fitness & swimming. Started a wellness group for seniors including racquet sports & movement to music. Started my personal training in the city & do a course once a month on top of constant experience.
