I have known Mark for around 18 years and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, dependable and trustworthy contractor to undertake most forms of building work. Among the projects that Mark helped me with included the conversion of an 8,500 sq ft hotel to a luxury house and various house to luxury flat conversions, working with reclaimed marble, landscaping, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and assembling and fitting kitchens. I will be using Marks services again next year when I convert a property into nine luxury flats. Mark has been invaluable to me and I am delighted to be able to give him a review and also point out that he is an intelligent individual who has repeatedly solved problems on site, even down to suggesting a revised layout for a basement flat that meant we were able to get an additional en=suite bedroom.

I have no hesitation in recommending MID construction. Whole team were quiet and respectful to our privacy whilst we were at home and had no concerns leaving them whilst at work. I was kept fully up-to-date with progress and Mike was always available to discuss any queries I had. I have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship that has been provided and have booked for further work in the future. Mike and the team have gone over and above my expectations to provide my family with a quality full renovation in our home.

Mike and his team did a complete redesign/renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment (aprox 1000 sq ft.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs.
