My experience with Michelle at Koru Clinic was extremely positive. I went to her seeking nutrition advice with the hope of improving my running performance and dealing with a sugar addiction. She listened to what I said and came up with a step-by-step plan to achieve these goals. We met monthly and during each session we discussed my progress to that point and then looked at the additional steps she suggested I take. I never felt overwhelmed but was always fully supported as I moved forward. The steps were designed to be a slight stretch but not to overtax and the progression was very clear. She is very easy to talk to, understanding, knowledgeable, and realistic. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking nutritional guidance or assistance.
