About Melanie Alder Photography
My name is Melanie Alder, I am an award winning professional photographer based in Chelmsford Essex. I have 15 years experience in photographing people and specialise in lifestyle, children, headshots, pets, commercial and food photography. I work from my home studio but am happy to shoot on location both indoor and outdoor, in fact I love these kinds of shoots as I’m always looking to find interesting back grounds and fabulous environments to photograph my clients or products. I love people, their characters and their stories so capturing a part of their lives and producing beautiful images for them is my inspiration! I cover Essex, London and surrounding areas with my studio based in Chelmsford. I work along side my partner Jamie who does our web design.Whether it’s a design for a new site, or a complete re-design for an existing one, we will work with you to build the perfect online experience for you and your customers. Melanie did a photo shoot of me and my trusted old friend Sonny (my golden retriever), she was amazing with him and me and got some cracking studio and out door shots, a lovely bubbly woman who managed to put me at ease even though I was uncomfortable being photographed, and she composed some excellent pics, thank you Melanie, I will come back again.
Melanie has been able to capture our children perfectly in a natural relaxed way. I have two children and they absolutely loved the experience of a photo shoot. Melanie was able to bring out their personalities in the photographs in a lovely unposed way. We will always want Mel to do our photos, she is an amazing photographer who produces incredible work.
