About Matt Eaton Sport Rehabilitation

Matt Eaton Sport Rehabilitation is a unique personal training and sports massage service which includes: injury prevention and rehabilitation, postural correction, weight and fat loss, corrective exercise, nutrition and increasing muscle, strength, speed and power. My Qualifications are: Bsc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation and Exercise Science BTEC National Diploma Sport and Exercise Science ACTIVE IQ Level 1, 2 & 3 Gym instructor and Personal Trainer PN5 Exercise and Sports Nutrition Coach I have over 12 years experience in the industry. I have both a sports massage clinic and personal training studio in Leigh on sea. Matt is an amazing Personal Trainer. He was able to adapt the exercises around my bad knees and find other ways for me to do things if they hurt. Matt is able to push you to your limits but also has the caring and understanding side that is needed.

I was unable to run and do my normal Aerobics exercise classes due to recovering from foot surgery. Through Matt's knowledge from his Sport Rehabilitation degree, he devised me a seated work out programme, including boxing, weights and sit ups. This enabled me to remain strong and stay fitness focused whilst recovering. Thanks Matt, I couldn't have done it without you.

I began training with Matt to improve my strength and conditioning for boxing. We began but identifying muscle in balances and how we could rectify then to improve my explosive movements and posture. We then continued this and added some endurance work in which was sport specific. I have a knee injury but he managed to tailor the programme to reduce the stress on my knees but still keeping it high intensity and getting results. So far I have dropped 8kg in weight but have kept size on my arms chest and legs. My waist has dropped from a 38 to a 32 and I am starting to see some abs. Matt is very particular and listens to your feedback aswell as assessing you whilst training and explains everything very clearly. My strength has increased, my run times have got faster and my waist has got smaller. Plus he is a good friendly guy who will make it fun but still get results.

Matt is an excellent trainer and has created the perfect exercise program for me to target any problem areas I am unhappy with which for me is mainly my core. I feel confident training with Matt and he really knows what he is talking about. He has also given me good nutritional advice so that i have a good diet along with my exercise routine. He is really professional and i feel that since i started my training I have noticed a big difference. I continue to train with Matt and couldn't recommend a better personal trainer.
