Had a good few sessions with Matt and expect to continue. Great, approachable guy who knows his stuff. Flexible with routines and particularly good at judging fitness levels - so knows exactly when to push (or not) to get the most out of you on the day. Always being realistic with the targets he sets. Never left a session with Matt where I felt i could/should have done more.

Mat is a great trainer, keeping me and my partner fit throughout Lockdown, which could otherwise have been a period where all our gains were lost! Instead, Mat's dedication and perseverance meant that we have become fitter and stronger during this time, which is great. Mat is very reliable, and mixes up the exercises week to week, keeping things fresh. He is approachable and easy to communicate with. Even for someone like me, with a small child to look after during sessions, Mat is flexible and welcoming, and will work around you and your situation.

Mat is a fantastic trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and his sessions are very well planned. He uses unusual exercises so the sessions are interesting and motivating. He is a tough trainer, but in a good way and you leave his sessions feeling like you have pushed yourself as much as you could have. He is punctual and reliable and can sometimes be quite funny 😜 I would thoroughly recommend him as a trainer.

Mat is amazing, when I first met him and did some training I was sore for days! He’s a good guy and pushes you just enough to get results. Some of the exercises are a bit obscure but the variety kept the spice! He’s definitely helped me achieve a higher level of fitness that I couldn’t/wouldn’t be myself.

How did you first get into this line of work?
I have played and studied sports/fitness from a young age , worked in gyms and managed fitness in the biggest operators in the UK, I guess that's all I know.
