About Marine Phys Ourdoor Personal Trainer London
Exercise is about individuals, we all like different things, come from different backgrounds, body types, and goals. My aim as a trainer is to find what works for you as an individual, I believe there is some exercise everyone enjoys and that may not be something I can provide, but I will always be honest with my recommendations, goals and provide you with the service you should receive from a PT. I have a large sporting background, I am an ex-royal marine of eight years and have just completed my BSc in sport and coaching. I enjoy a little bit of everything, from yoga to swimming, weight training to all types of cardio and even a bit of squash or rugby! I believe variety is the key to achieving all-round health and wellbeing and this is what I aim to provide for my clients.

Love Mark. Very professional and approachable. He always pushes me out of my comfort zone which is what I need badly!
Mark has been my personal trainer for just over 2 years now, I've trained with him both outdoors using his equipment and in a gym to give maximum variety. He's incredibly patient and proactive at making sure my form is correct (I always used to get pain in my knees when I squatted with weights but he managed to fix it!). He's always pushing me to get the most from my workouts and changing up workouts to keep things interesting, like introducing boxing which I never would have considered but it's one of my favourite types of sessions now. What I'm most impressed with is his knowledge, he always comes with new and interesting things to tell me and not only does he always consider the scientific background and any pros and cons, but he also has a lot of personal experience with the suggestions he makes. My fitness levels and physique have improved so much, I feel so much better and I've both gained muscle and lost weight, getting rid of fat off stubborn areas that I thought I'd never get rid of! I have been training with Mark for almost two years now and I couldn't be happier. He is knowledgable and can help you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be, as well as helping to strengthen and muscles that may have been hurt due to injury. He really helped me with my shoulder after I dislocated it to build back the strength and movement. The sessions are fun and Mark makes sure that I don't repeat session plans so I never get bored! He also trains my 8 yr old son creating obstacle courses for him. My son loves his sessions and gets excited to work out.
