About Manel Estrada Garcia

I’m a professional personal trainer providing clients of different abilities with personal training sessions and nutrition plans. I don’t believe in a workout that’s based on a ‘one size fits all’ template; every individual is unique with different capabilities, metabolism, and training preferences. I design personalised training plans for men and women keen to transform their physique, lose body fat, and build muscles. As much as I’m focused on helping you shed weight and tone your body, I believe that exercising has several major life-enhancing benefits. Perform daily workouts keeps you young and slows down the ageing process, improves digestion and sleep as well as balances your hormones. I will evaluate everything: body fat measurements/Biosignature measurements along with postural analysis and functional body assessment. I also offer support with the weight loss nutrition weekly plan and I work in partnership with a functional medicine practitioner and nutritional therapist to identify the diverse health problems that might be a barrier to losing those extra pounds. Beyond fitness and nutrition, I provide a half-hour of life coaching session every week to re-evaluate your goals. I’m passionate about health and fitness and fully invested in the success of my clients so I do everything possible to help them achieve their goals. I’m patient, reliable, have good listening skills and know how to motivate and keep my clients engaged so they stick to their plans and achieve the positive result they desire. I help them to take small achievable steps to achieve sustainable results and also identify possible barriers towards their goals. We first met when I was training at a gym where he was a personal trainer and I remember I gave him Reiki and surprised him with it. Shortly after meeting, I began having PT with him. He helped me to get into shape. I found him to very professional and knowledgeable, He listened attentively to my goals and helped plan my workouts etc.. accordingly. After leaving the gym we stayed in touch and one time I went to him sports massage for an issue I had at the time which was sorted after a couple of massages.
