About Luis Souza

My exercise philosophy is to make change happen by training to your maximum ability in order to challenge your whole body and mind. I have personal experience of achieving significant weight loss which has only been achieved through intense physical training as well as changing my attitude to healthy eating and leading a healthy lifestyle. I feel extremely passionate and proud about my own health and fitness journey; this is my drive to becoming a personal trainer, I felt compelled to share my knowledge and experience to change the lives of my clients, as I have my own life. My personal journey is unique to most personal trainers and I feel my compassion, drive, energy and empathy towards my clients sets me apart from other personal trainers within the health and fitness industry. By choosing me to help you achieve your unique health and fitness goals, the first session will involve finding out your personal goals;  discussing your current diet and taking your measurements in order to monitor and track your progress. I will work with you to create a highly personalised and structured workout plan which are tailored to you and built towards getting you the best possible results by focussing on weight loss, muscle toning and strengthening workouts.  renewed every 4 weeks. I will also offer you nutritional guidance and exercises that you can be doing independently. I endeavour to offer my full support throughout your training sessions but also inbetween sessions in order to keep you motivated towards your workout goals.  My mobile personal training sessions are ideal for people who feel uneasy about joining a gym or exercising amongst others'. I am equipped to provide a safe and effective workout and have a full range of equipment to help you achieve your goals. I have full first aid training and have worked with clients who have many different needs, abilities and backgrounds.  My prices are based on 60 minute sessions:  One-off 60 minute session £40  1x weekly session £150 per month (£35 per session) 2x weekly sessions £250 per month (£30 per session)  3x weekly sessions £325 per month (£25 per session) Please contact me to start your journey to becoming a healthier and stronger you.
