Helping people to achieve goals in weight/fat loss & body transformations through exercise & nutrition. Personal training should be a fun experience... albeit a little bit sweaty. My goal is to introduce you to exercise and fitness so you can enjoy it. Building it into your daily lifestyle without feeling as though you HAVE TO DO IT, but rather WANT TO DO IT! It can feel a little daunting at first, but please be assured that I will guide you, support you and motivate you every step of the way.I predominantly work with women striving towards fat loss, inch loss, weight loss, or whatever you want to call it.... I like to call it Body Transformations!!! That is where I lay my proverbial "specialist" hat. Taking you from start to finish through your transformation - from overweight and probably unhappy, to perfect weight and hopefully very happy, is what I do! I kill fat for a living! Slaying it from your hips & thighs, demolishing the bingo wings and carving a flatter more defined sets of abs! ​Your dream Body personified! During your consultation we will sit and chat informally about: Your goals and why they are important to you What you have done in the past to try & achieve weight loss, and why these attempts may not have been successful Situations that may not be supportive of your goals and how you can take control of them Your current activity levels, nutrition and other relevant lifestyle choices that may affect your fat loss Your expectations, planning your goals and making sure that you can realistically achieve them within the timeframe Your Complete Body Composition, including Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, BMI, Water %, Metabolic Rate & Age, Segmentational muscle/fat composition of your limbs & torso, Anatomical measurements and more The type of exercise programme that is going to work for you and push you forwards to achieving your goals The packages, prices and additional services that you can benefit from as a client All of your questions, concerns or thoughts - please feel free to write some down before we meet Your Consultation should last no more than 40 minutes and there is no physical exercise during this appointment. All information discussed during your consultation and any following sessions is completely confidential.
