About Lifeworx-Wellbeing

So what's Lifeworx all about and who is it for? I guess I should talk about me and what I do right ... I'm Greg and I've been working with women just like you for the last 6 years. I didn't always work in gyms, I used to have a desk job working 60 hours plus a week in central London, smoking 20+ ciggies a day, eating kebabs for lunch and going out 3 or 4 times a week on benders. Skip forward 6 years and I've lost over 2 stone, kept it off and have helped 100's of women do the same, I really don't want to go on about me and my situation but I just want to say I get it, I'm a father, husband and just a normal dude who has been in your situation before. Health and fitness changed my life, I know people use that as a throwaway comment but it really did change everything, if I had stayed as I was I doubt I would be married to my wonderful wife and be a father to my awesome little monkey Finn. Since my change, I've dedicated my time to helping others do the same. For the past 6 years, I've been in the trenches learning as much as possible about helping people change the way their body looks, moves and feels. I have worked with hundreds of people in person and hundreds more online. From losing over 50 kilos to being confident in a bikini to finally wanting to have a photo taken with their kids. I've helped all sorts of women overcome their body issues and feel better about themselves. I'm here to help you and I really do give a shit.

Having trained with a number of different PT's over the years i feel like i have become something of a Personal Trainer connoisseur. Somehow Greg has managed to get me to look forward to our sessions. He is extremely knowledgeable and his training style always has a TINY sprinkling of humour that gets me through the pain that he undoubtedly enjoys inflicting. Greg is a Top Bloke with the most incredible beard. Highly recommend.

Greg has been an excellent PT from the start, with lots of enthusiasm both in person and through other various channels, varied programs which have kept things interesting, a good level of knowledge shared (i.e. not too scientific but enough to understand why you are doing certain things rather than just doing them), good use of social media to keep in touch with clients and maintain motivation and above all, a very friendly and easy to get on with dude. I defy anyone to not have fun with greg and if you stick to what he says, the results will undoubtedly come!

Greg has and still is helping myself achieve my personal health and fitness goals. This is the second time over the last two years that I have worked with Greg, first time round Greg helped me with just generally losing body fat and understanding the basics and more on how our bodies work and what we need to do to lose body fat over a period of time. No “fad” diets or extreme weight lose programme just a consistent and sensible approach to maintaining weight loss. My current work with Greg is much more focussed on the finer detail of training and nutrition, nothing is a quick fix, while it is hard work and commitment it’s is still extremely enjoyable using Greg’s programmes and regular discussions on achieving goals. Highly recommend Greg!!

I have been training with Greg since 2014, not only I have toned up nicely and have been giving great advice on diet and nutrient, Greg also help me improve a lot of posture, health, back pain issue and help me to set long term and sustainable goals. Greg’s very knowledgable in his field and he has been encouraging and proving to me from time to time that I can do the impossible. Most importantly, Greg is very conscious about health and safety; the skills and techniques that I have been learning from him I can apply easily and safely while I am training outside the PT session. On top of that. Greg helped me to ‘mind cleansing’ using exercising as a mean of de-stress, and taught me how important it is to stretch for both the body and the mind. I have gained a very good friend, a good personal trainer and a diet advisor all in one go.

I have been training with Greg for over a year now and would not hesitate to recommend him. The programmes that Greg puts together are well planned and structured and progress is noticeable. Sessions are hard but always enjoyable. Greg also helps outside our sessions in the gym, whether that is sending handy video clips demonstrating exercises that can be done at home or offering advice on diet and nutrition. On top of that, he is a genuinely nice bloke.

Greg has a no-bullshit approach to coaching...he tells it how it is, which I find refreshing. I had a lot of weight to lose, and had problems exercising due to a back issue. Greg provided a personalised training and nutrition plan which has so far helped me lose nearly 20kg and is gradually and safely building my strength and mobility. He tracks my progress using an app and keeps in touch regularly and sends helpful messages and emails to keep me motivated and on target. His approach has worked really well for me, and I highly recommend it!

I first met Greg well over two years ago when I enrolled in a gym and look advantage of the additonal core strength training. Once Greg successfully went solo, I followed as one of his clients as we had and still continue to build an excellent relationship. Greg has always been first instructive in terms of getting my form right, then second, acheiving visible goals in a realistic time frame. Given his extensive knowledge of all things core, he has given me real insightful nutrition advice and out of session training guidance but most importantly the notable results and a real willingness to turn up to our weekly sessions. Couldn’t recommend Greg more. Give him a try, if you’re serious about getting the results you want.

Greg has been the best coach I have ever worked with. There is no crash diet crap. He is all about long term, lasting results. He really listens and understands that every person is on a different path. I had been on a restrict/binge cycle for 26 years. Greg was the first coach that did not push extreme restriction, and because of this I know I can live my healthiest life. Goodbye binge eating!
