About Laura Colucci
Do you want to reduce stress or learn how to control your weight? Or perhaps you want to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and social and occupational functioning? I am Laura Colucci and I am a private yoga instructor. I have 10 years of yoga teaching experience but I have a personal yoga practice that spans over 20 years. I teach a variety of styles and specialise in Hatha, power yoga, pregnancy and post-natal yoga, and Yin yoga. I completed my Hatha yoga training in Triyoga and my pregnancy yoga training at The Life Centre Yoga Campus with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in London. My classes are about creating some breathing space that will benefit the body and mind, and will leave you stronger, taller, flexible, and more grounded. The Hatha yoga class places emphasis on the posture and breathing to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind, while Yin yoga allows the deep muscles and fascia that surrounds the lower back and hips to soften and release leaving you feeling calmer and offering much-need relief to your muscles. I am deeply passionate about yoga and take time with new students eager to learn this highly beneficial practice. My classes can be adapted to accommodate beginners and experience practitioners alike.
