About Kerrea Gilbert
Having a personal trainer optimises your workout time and provides you with the motivation to commit to and achieve your goals. And I am here to do exactly that and more. My name is Kerrea and I am a personal fitness trainer with level 2 and 3 qualifications. My background is in professional football and I specialise in weight loss and hypertrophy, and I offer various types of training techniques including cardiovascular training, boxing, body weight training and much more – please check the Services Section on my Bidvine profile to view the range of training I can provide. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals, get results and make you feel the many great benefits of having a regular quality workout. I am all about fitness and being healthy and I want to share my passion with my clients. I want to educate them on how to properly exercise, what workouts are ideal for them, how to really get the results they want and to also provide nutritional advice. I guide them with the correct posture and form and ideal stretching exercises for a safe workout. He got a good calm attitude, he won't shout or scream and he would just push you gently through. The more effort you put in, the more effort he'll put to help you. He's very helpful, he's honest with you and he won't get you doing anything you don't want to do so if you're not happy or got an injury, he'll work around it. Highly recommended. - Stuart
